The office for the contracts manager is situated near Ellis Bridge on Ashram Road. Our post office box is No.11016 if you are sending things that way. It’s an old part of the city and you can feel it. Being near the bridge means there’s a constant hum of cars and people moving across. The office itself is full of binders and thick folders of contracts. It’s not the most modern-looking place, but it has everything we need to keep track of things. We spend a lot of time reading through fine print and making sure names are spelled right. It’s a lot of detail work that can get a bit tiring after a few hours. Sometimes we walk down towards the river for a bit of air when things get too quiet in the office. We don't really have a big fancy lobby. You just walk in and see us working. We’ve been at this Ashram Road location for quite some time now. People come by to drop off papers or ask questions about things we’re handling. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just manage the agreements and make sure the files are in the right drawers. It’s a straightforward job, and we just try to stay organized despite the piles of paper that seem to grow every week. It's just a regular workplace by the bridge. There is always someone checking the mail.
