Kumud Heart Hospital & Medical Nursing Home

Our hospital is located in Bhaghvati Nagar, which is part of the Naranpura area. We are right opposite the Vijaynagar Bus Stop and also across from the Patrakar Colony, so we are in a very recognizable spot for anyone taking the bus. It’s a heart hospital and a medical nursing home. We have a few beds and the equipment needed to look after people who are dealing with heart issues or who need some nursing care. It’s a serious kind of place, but we try to keep things feeling human and not like a big cold institution. The staff here has been around for a while, and we know the routine well. Being in Naranpura, we get a lot of local families who bring their elderly parents in. It’s not a massive glass building; it’s more of a traditional medical home. We spend a lot of time monitoring patients and talking to their families about what’s going on. The traffic near the bus stop can be a bit loud during rush hour, but it’s a central location that makes it easy for families to visit. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls. We just focus on the patients in the beds and making sure they get what they need while they are staying with us. It’s busy work, and it’s important work, but we just take it one day at a time here.
