If you are looking for Kt Leather Stores, we are situated right opposite the Bikata Post Office. The Central Bank of India is also quite close by, which makes it an easy spot for people to find. Our shop is a small, traditional space that is packed with all kinds of leather items. The first thing you notice when you walk in is that strong, earthy smell of leather. It’s a smell we have lived with for years and we never get tired of it. The shop isn't very modern. We have wooden shelves that are probably as old as the business itself. There is no air conditioning, just a ceiling fan that hums away all day. We spend a lot of time talking to the locals who stop by, some of whom have been coming to us for a long time. The post office across the street brings a lot of people to this road, so it never feels too lonely. We don't have a computer system for our sales; we just write everything down in a ledger. It is an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. We keep the place clean, but it is definitely lived-in. There are stacks of leather in the back and a small stool where we sit when things are quiet. We are just a local shop trying to provide something useful to the neighborhood. It is a simple life here.
