Krishna Vijay Industries

We've been operating Krishna Vijay Industries for quite some time now over in the Odhav Gidc area. Our workshop sits right in the Nirav Synthetic Compound, which is pretty easy to find if you know where the Odhav Fire Station is. Most of the time, the machines are humming away and there's a lot of dust from the nearby road works, but we don't mind it much. My father started this place years ago and now we just keep things going one day at a time. It’s a busy spot especially with Sheetal Furniture right across from us, so there is always some truck or tempo blocking the narrow lane. We do our work, talk to the regular customers who have been coming to us for years, and try to get the orders out on time. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoons and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that, just a practical space where we get the job done. People usually stop by to ask for directions because of the fire station nearby. We know most of the guys working in the other units around here too. It feels like a small community even though it's an industrial zone. We don’t really do much advertising because everyone around Odhav knows where we are. It’s just how things work here in Ahmedabad.
