Knz Academy

We are tucked away in Shop Number 9, over in the B Wing of the Shivam Priory building. It is right near the railway crossing in the Makarba area of Ahmedabad. If you know this part of town, it is easy enough to find, though the traffic near the tracks can be a real headache some afternoons. The academy itself is just a modest space where we hold our classes. It is basically a few rooms we have set up with chairs and whiteboards for the students. Because we are inside a commercial building, there are always other shops and people moving around the corridors. You can hear the trains go by every now and then, which was a bit loud at first, but now we barely even notice the sound. We spend our days teaching the students who come in after their regular school hours are finished. It is just a small team of us working here. We do not have any big corporate offices or anything like that. It is just a practical setup for learning. We keep our books on the metal shelves and the students bring their own bags and water bottles. Some days it gets quite crowded when two different batches of students are arriving at the same time. We mostly just focus on the lessons and making sure the students understand the material. It is a very straightforward operation for regular people.
