Khushis Kitchen

Khushis Kitchen is located at 1, Dwarka Apartment. We’re tucked behind the Satellite Police Station on Satellite Road. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know where the station is. We do a lot of cooking here every day. The kitchen is always busy. We started this because we liked making food for people in the neighborhood. It’s not a big restaurant with fancy chairs or anything. We mostly focus on getting the food ready and out. The apartment building is a bit older, but it works for us. Smells of spices usually drift out onto the road. Sometimes the delivery guys are waiting outside for orders. We have a small team that handles the chopping and the cooking. It gets hot in there during the summer months. We try to keep things simple with the menu. We don't use fancy names for the dishes. People around Satellite Road seem to know us well. We’ve been in this same spot for quite a while now. It’s just a regular kitchen doing regular food. We wake up early to get the fresh supplies from the market. It’s a lot of work, but we’re used to the routine. There's no big sign, just us working away in the back. We just hope the food is what people were looking for when they ordered. Every day is pretty much the same for us, just keeping the stoves going and getting the meals ready.
