We've been at Plot No. 240 for a while now. It's right on Road No. 2 near the Sardar Patel Ring Road. The GIDC area stays pretty busy most days. We mostly handle stuff with pumps here. It's not a fancy office or anything, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the noise from the ring road is a bit much, but you get used to it after a few years. Most of us arrive early to beat the morning rush. The shop floor is usually covered in parts and tools. We don't spend much time on decorations. It’s just about getting the orders ready and making sure everything works like it's supposed to. If you come by, you’ll probably see a few of us moving crates around or checking the pressure on some units. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over time, more sheds going up nearby. The weather gets really hot in the summer, making the metal work a bit tougher, but we keep going. We keep a small kettle for tea in the corner for when things slow down for ten minutes. It’s a straightforward operation here. Nothing too complicated, just daily labor and keeping the machines running. We try to stay organized but on busy weeks the floor gets a bit cluttered. It's just how a pump shop is. We’ve had the same sign out front for years and it’s fading now, but it doesn’t matter much as long as the work gets done and the deliveries go out.
