Kandarp Soni Classes

Running a place in the basement of Jaydeep Tower has its own set of quirks. You get used to the sound of traffic from Dharnidhar Road constantly buzzing above you. We are located right near Sreyash Crossing in Paldi, which is always a busy area in Ahmedabad. Kandarp Soni Classes has been in this spot for some time now. The stairs leading down are a bit narrow, so students have to be careful when they’re rushing in for their evening sessions. Inside, it stays fairly cool even during the peak of summer because we are underground. We have whiteboards on most of the walls and a lot of old notebooks stacked in the corners. I usually arrive a bit early to sweep the floor and get the chalk ready. The tea stall right outside the tower is where I get my morning fix. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have fancy air conditioning in every single room, just some sturdy ceiling fans that hum all day. My family sometimes asks why I don't move to a bigger, newer building, but I like it here. The local parents know where to find me. They walk over from the nearby apartments to talk about how their kids are doing. It’s not a corporate office; it’s just a place where we sit down and study. Sometimes the lights flicker, or a student forgets their bag, but that’s just how it goes every day in this basement.
