K. L. Mehta Real Estate Aagent

I run my business, K. L. Mehta Real Estate Aagent, from Plot No. D-17/193 in the Nandavan Apartment. We are located in New Vadaj, right opposite the Bhavsar Hostel. This part of Nava Vadaj is always bustling with activity. My office is a small room filled with files, maps, and a lot of keys. I spend most of my day out on the streets, showing houses or meeting with landlords. It’s not a glamorous job. There is a lot of walking and talking involved. I’ve lived and worked in this area for a long time, so I know almost every building around here. People come to me because they know I’ll give them the local perspective. I don't have a big team or a fancy marketing plan. It’s just about knowing the properties and the people. Sometimes it’s hard to keep everything organized, but I manage. The hostel across the way means there are always students and young people moving about. It makes for a lively atmosphere. I don’t use any corporate talk or big promises. I just show the flats and help people with their paperwork. It’s a straightforward business and I like it that way. Every day is a bit different, and that keeps me on my toes. I'll probably be doing this for many more years because I really know this neighborhood well and enjoy the work.
