Jogeshwari Industries

Jogeshwari Industries is over in the GIDC Naroda area, specifically at Plot No. 803/A in Phase-4. Being in the GIDC means we are surrounded by other factories and plants, so it’s always loud and dusty. That’s just the nature of industrial work. We have a decent-sized plot where we handle our manufacturing. It’s a lot of manual labor and running machines throughout the day. We don't have a polished office or a fancy waiting room. Most of the space is dedicated to production. We have a small corner with a couple of desks for the billing and some of the paperwork, but that’s about it. Naroda is a big hub, so we are well-positioned for getting materials in and out. The roads can be rough with all the heavy trucks, especially during the monsoon seasons. We’ve been operating here for a good number of years now. We know the other shop owners on our street and we help each other out when someone needs a specific tool or a hand with something heavy. It’s a tough environment but we like the work. We just focus on meeting our production targets and keeping the machinery in good shape. There’s no ego here, just hard work and trying to keep everything running smoothly day after day. It gets tiring but it is what we do, and we just keep pushing forward.
