Jignesh Munjapara

I’ve been around Juna Wadaj for a while now. My place is right there in Narsinh Nagar Society, specifically house number 23. It’s a busy part of town, especially near Ramapir’S Tekra. Most days start early before the sun gets too high. The neighbors are loud but in a good way. You hear scooters zooming by all afternoon. I don’t have some fancy office with glass walls. It’s just me working from here. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a bit much, but you get used to it. My setup is simple. I’ve lived in Ahmedabad long enough to know the shortcuts through the narrow lanes. It's not a big corporate operation. Just a local spot where things get done. People stop by, or they call. The monsoon makes the roads a bit messy, but that’s just how it is. I keep my tools and papers organized on a small desk that’s seen better days. Sometimes the power cuts out for a few minutes in the summer and I just sit on the porch. Life moves at its own pace here. I don't really bother with big ads or anything. Most folks find me because they live nearby or someone told them. It’s a quiet life in the society. We try to keep things moving. There is always something to fix or look at. I usually have tea around four. That’s when the neighborhood really wakes up. Jignesh is just a regular guy in the neighborhood trying to stay busy. It’s not complicated.
