Jigar Time Palace

Jigar Time Palace is our small shop at 14/A Dhanlakshmi Complex. We are right on Vejalpur Road, near the Jivrajpark Char Rasta. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you’re in the Jivraj Park neighborhood. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We have a lot of different pieces on display, some new and some that have been sitting there for a while. It’s mostly just me and my cousin working the shifts. We take turns going out for lunch while the other one stays back to watch the shop. The intersection outside is always busy, so there’s a lot of honking and noise, but you stop noticing it after an hour. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything. Our back room is just where we keep the spare parts and the tea kettle. People stop by to chat even if they don't need anything, which is fine with us. We like the company. The glass on the front window has a small crack in the corner from a pebble years ago, but it’s still solid. We aren't looking to expand or become a big name. We just want to keep the doors open and do right by the people who live around here. It’s a local life, and it suits us just fine.
