You can find Jigar Exports & Imports, Inc. at C-304, Kanchan Bhoomi Apartment, in the Satellite area. Since we operate out of an apartment, it’s a very quiet and focused environment. We don't have a storefront or a big warehouse attached to us. Instead, we spend our time on the computer and the telephone, coordinating between buyers and sellers. The apartment is filled with binders and shipping documents, and sometimes it feels a bit cluttered, but we manage. Satellite is a nice part of town, and we enjoy working from here because it’s convenient for us. We don’t have a lot of employees, just a couple of us who know the import and export business inside out. We don’t use any fancy management techniques or big systems. We just make sure the containers are where they are supposed to be and that the paperwork is correct. Sometimes we have to stay up late to talk to people in different time zones, which is just part of the job. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We aren't looking to grow into a massive corporation; we just like doing our work well from our office in Kanchan Bhoomi. It’s a practical setup that works for us and our clients, without any unnecessary bells and whistles or corporate talk that doesn't mean anything.
