Jay Jalaram Driving School has another spot at A/1, Umiya Nagar Society in Kalapi Nagar, Asarwa. This Ahmedabad location is right in the middle of a busy society. Being in Umiya Nagar means we are surrounded by houses and families, which keeps us busy. The office is basically a front room where we manage all the paperwork for the Asarwa area. It’s a simple setup with a few posters on the wall about road signs and a wooden desk that’s seen better days. Outside, the streets are usually full of kids playing or people heading to the market. We start our lessons early when the air is still a bit cool. Asarwa has some tricky turns and narrow streets, which are actually great for teaching people how to control their speed. We don't believe in fancy bells and whistles; we just use our old reliable cars and get to work. People in the society know us by name, and we often have neighbors dropping in just to say hello. It’s a very local way of doing things. The office can get a bit cramped when a few people show up at once for their theory help, but we manage. We’ve been a part of the Kalapi Nagar landscape for a long time. It’s an honest, no-frills place where the goal is just to help someone get their license and feel okay on the road.
