Jay Ganesh Art

Jay Ganesh Art is located at number 10 in the Sonal Apartments, right across from Kesar Dairy at the Maninagar Char Rasta. Being in Maninagar means we are in a very busy part of the city with plenty of shops and people around. Our workshop is actually inside an apartment building, so it has a bit of a homey feel compared to a factory. We have transformed the rooms into work areas where we create various art pieces. The living room area is now where we store the finished goods, and the smaller rooms are where the actual crafting happens. Because it is an apartment, we have to be careful not to make too much noise and bother the neighbors, especially in the early mornings. We have big windows that let in a lot of light, which is great for the detailed work we do. Sometimes the smell of the materials can get a bit strong, so we keep the balcony doors open for fresh air. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and you might see someone’s cat wandering through the workspace now and then. We don't have a big sign outside, just our name on the door. It’s a quiet and steady way to work, and we like being in this neighborhood where everything we need is just a short walk away.
