J K Nair & Company is located at 18-A in the Shivaji Complex. If you are familiar with the Godhasar area, we are quite close to the Smruti Mandir on Canal Road. It is a pretty busy spot with a lot of shops and people passing through. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a few rooms filled with desks and tall stacks of files. The building is an older one, and the stairs are a bit steep, which we always warn people about when they visit. Being near the canal means it can get a bit breezy, but the traffic noise from the road usually drowns everything else out. We handle a lot of paperwork and local clients who just walk in from the street. It’s a low-key environment where we mostly focus on getting through the day's list of things to do. We don’t have a big staff, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. There are some old wooden chairs for visitors that have seen better days, but they do the job. Godhasar is a decent neighborhood to work in, and we like being part of the local mix. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation; we just want to do right by the people who hire us. Every day brings something different in the mail, so it never gets too boring. We just keep things moving at our own pace and stay on top of the schedule.
