J & G Technologies

You can find us at Plot No. E-223 in the Sumel-7 complex, near Sonis Chawl. It’s on Odhav Road, right near the bus stand. J & G Technologies has been operating out of this industrial estate for a while now. It’s a big place with lots of identical units, so we usually tell people to look for the sign near the entrance. We mostly focus on technical components and small-scale manufacturing support for the bigger factories. The area is always buzzing with activity because of the buses and the other workshops around us. It gets pretty loud during the day, so we usually keep the door shut. Inside, it’s just a typical workshop with workbenches and some testing equipment scattered around. We aren't a huge firm, just a dedicated group of people who know how to build and fix things. We often have tea with the guys from the unit next door. It’s that kind of place where everyone knows everyone. Sometimes we have to work through the weekend if a big order comes in, but we don't mind too much because the work is steady. The commute to Odhav Road can be a pain during peak hours, but being near the bus stand helps some of the staff who don't have their own bikes. It’s a hardworking environment, nothing fancy, just getting the job done day after day without too much fuss.
