Itechiemind Solution Llp is located in Ganesh Merodian, right across from the Gujarat High Court on Sola Road. Our unit is 707, which puts us fairly high up in the building. It’s a busy area, lots of lawyers and people heading to court, so the atmosphere around the S.G. Highway is always a bit intense. Inside our office, it’s a bit different. We try to keep things relaxed because the work we do can be quite frustrating when things don’t connect right. We have our desks lined up and the usual mess of chargers and snacks everywhere. Modinagar Part-1 is right nearby, so we see a lot of the same faces every day. The building is quite modern, but we’ve managed to make our corner feel like a regular workspace. We deal with various technical things, mostly sitting and staring at code until it makes sense. Sometimes we go downstairs to the small shops for a break when the air conditioning feels too cold. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby. It’s just a door with our name on it. We spend most of our time dealing with errors and updates. It isn't glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do. The team is small, and we mostly just talk across the desks instead of sending formal emails to each other. It’s just easier that way for everyone involved in the daily work.
