It Care Z

You can find us at 76, on the first floor of the Nalanda Complex. We are right near Mansi Circle in the Vastrapur area. It’s a very busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. It Care Z is our small operation where we handle computer repairs and IT issues. Being on the first floor means people can walk up the stairs easily, though the complex can get a bit crowded during the middle of the day. Our workspace is filled with old monitors, opened-up laptops, and various tools for fixing electronics. We don't have a fancy waiting room or anything. Most people just drop off their machines and we give them a call when it's done. Vastrapur is a good place to be because there are so many people living and working nearby. We get all sorts of problems coming through the door, from broken screens to systems that just won't start. We don't use any complicated jargon when we talk to folks. We just tell them what’s wrong and how long it might take to fix. The office is a bit messy with cables everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s a busy life, especially on Mondays when everyone realizes their tech broke over the weekend. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile.
