Ishan Poly Pack

Our place is B-101 in Ghanshyam Nagar, right along the Ghodsar Canal Road. If you are looking for us, you will probably see the Ghodasar area traffic first. Ishan Poly Pack is mostly about packaging materials. We have these machines that run all day long, making poly packs and different types of plastic coverings. The smell of heated plastic is something you just get used to after the first week. We have rolls of material stacked up to the ceiling in some corners because we never seem to have enough storage space. The canal road can be a bit dusty, especially when the wind picks up, so we are always dusting off the desks. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even if we are a private company on paper. We don't do those big meetings where everyone sits around a table. Usually, we just talk while we are working or during the tea break. It’s practical work. People need their goods packed safely, and we provide the stuff to do it. Some days the power goes out and we all just sit outside until it comes back, watching the cars go by on the road. It’s a simple routine, and it works for us. We aren't looking to change the world, just to get the packing done right and keep the machines from breaking down. Most of the guys here have been with us for a long time.
