Instavent Event Management

Our office is tucked away in F8 of the Vaibhav Laxmi Complex. If you are coming from the Delhi Darwaja side in Ahmedabad, it’s pretty easy to spot because we are right near the HBK New High School. Being across from Mehfil Restaurant is actually a bit of a challenge because the smell of the food makes us hungry all afternoon. Instavent Event Management isn't some high-rise corporate firm. We are just a group of people working out of this complex, trying to keep everything organized for the next event on the calendar. The stairs in the complex can be a bit steep when you’re carrying boxes of paperwork or samples, but you get used to it. Delhi Darwaja is always loud and crowded, which actually suits the energy of what we do. It’s never quiet around here. Sometimes the parking near the school is a mess, so we usually tell people to watch out for that. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting around the big table in the back room trying to figure out logistics. It isn't always pretty or organized, and there are definitely days when the office looks like a paper factory exploded. But that’s the reality of managing events. We just show up, do the work, and try to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a busy life here in Ahmedabad, and we are right in the thick of it every day.
