We are based out of Bopal at 40, Maruti Nandan Kutir. Our office is near Basant Bahar-1 on Gala Gymkhana Road. It’s a growing part of Ahmedabad, and things have changed a lot since we first moved in. At Insta Exhibitions Pvt Ltd, we deal with a lot of logistics for exhibitions and displays. The office is more like a home-turned-workspace, which gives it a very different feel than a corporate headquarters. We have enough room for our computers and a few meeting tables where we go over drawings and plans. Gala Gymkhana Road can get pretty busy during the rush hours, but our little corner is usually okay. We aren't the type of people who wear suits every day; we prefer to be comfortable while we work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or emailing people to make sure materials arrive where they are supposed to. It’s practical work and it can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we’ve got a good rhythm down. We like being in Bopal because it's a bit away from the main city center but still has everything we need. If you come by, you'll probably see us with cups of tea huddled around a laptop. We just focus on getting the tasks done and making sure the exhibition stuff is ready to go.
