Innova Systems India Pvt Ltd is located at 1 Bodakdev. We have been set up in this part of town for a while now. Bodakdev has changed a lot over the years, becoming much busier than it used to be. Our building is easy to spot once you get into the right lane. It is a straightforward office where we handle all our systems work. We have a small group of people working here, and everyone knows each other’s names. It is not one of those places where you feel lost in the crowd. The rooms are filled with desks and a lot of wiring, as you would expect for this kind of work. We spend a lot of our time looking at monitors and discussing how to fix things or set them up better. There isn't much in the way of fancy art on the walls, just some charts and maybe a clock that is a few minutes fast. We like the area because there are good places to eat nearby when we need a break. The morning starts with everyone getting their coffee and checking the messages from the night before. We just try to stay on top of the tasks and make sure everything is running like it should. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on the actual work. We don't go in for much fluff. It’s just a solid place to work every day. We usually head home once the main jobs are wrapped up.
