Indofix General Stores

Our shop, Indofix General Stores, is tucked away here in Ahmedabad. We mostly focus on the everyday things that people stop in for on their way home. The 380001 area is a good place to be, even if it gets a bit crowded on the weekends. We have a lot of different items, from kitchen things to little snacks, and sometimes the piles get a bit messy. I try to keep it organized, but when it’s busy, that goes out the window. We aren't trying to be a supermarket or anything like that. It’s just a small shop where the owner knows the locals. We get our supplies from the same people we've known for years. Sometimes the inventory is a little low if the truck doesn't show up, but we make do. We don't use any fancy computers to track things; a notebook and a pen usually do the job just fine. It’s a bit old-fashioned, I guess. The fan rattles a bit when it’s on high, and the door squeaks, but it’s our place. We just want to be there when someone needs a quick item without having to drive far. That is what we do every day, six days a week, and sometimes we stay a little later if someone is running behind.
