Our office is located at 103 in the Sahajanand Complex on Shahibaug Road. It is a decent spot to work, although the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a nightmare during the morning rush. We work on all sorts of technical projects here, mostly focusing on industrial ideas and helping people solve mechanical problems. The name on the door sounds a little bit fancy, but inside it is just a group of us working through spreadsheets and technical drawings. We have several whiteboards that are usually covered in messy scribbles and math that would not make sense to most people. It is a lot of trial and error in this line of work. Some weeks it feels like we are stuck on the same problem forever, and then suddenly we find a solution that works. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to make us look polished for the public. We just prefer to let the work speak for itself. The Sahajanand Complex has a lot of different businesses inside, so there is always a mix of people in the hallways. We have been in this specific unit for a while now and we have no plans to move. We try to keep our interactions simple and honest. When a visitor comes in with a question, we tell them the truth even if it is not what they want to hear. That is just how we do things.
