Idea & U / Airnet

Idea & U / Airnet is located on the 6th floor, unit 9, of Maruti Tower. We are right near the Satellite Cross Road in the Satellite area. It’s a tall building and we’re up quite high, so we have a decent view of the traffic below. The office isn't very big. It’s mostly filled with computers, cables, and some old chairs. It gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We handle a lot of the internet and communication stuff from this small space. The elevator in Maruti Tower is sometimes a bit slow, so we end up waiting in the lobby a lot. Being near the cross road makes it easy for people to find us, but parking can be a real headache. We don't have a fancy reception area or a secretary. Usually, you’ll just find one of us fixing a router or talking on the phone with a customer who has a connection problem. It’s a bit messy with wires everywhere, but we know where everything is. We stay late most nights because that's when most people need help with their internet. It's just a small team of us trying to keep things running. We don't use big words or have meetings. We just get to work and try to solve whatever issue comes up that day. It keeps us busy and we like the neighborhood despite the noise from the cross road downstairs.
