Hrutej Amarseda

I have been working from Narhari Society for quite a while now. My name is Hrutej Amarseda and this is where I run my daily operations. The house is at number 31, right along Geeta Mandir Road, which is a place most people in Ahmedabad know well. We are quite close to Bhulabhai Park, so it is easy to give directions when someone is coming over for the first time. The office is really just a part of the house that I have set aside for work. It is simple and it works for what I do. There is a lot of traffic on the main road, but once you step into the society, things quiet down a bit. I spend my days mostly on the computer or talking to people on the phone. It isn't a big corporate setup with a lot of staff. It is just me and sometimes a helper or two depending on what needs to be done. I have lived and worked in this area for years, so I know the rhythms of the neighborhood. The local shops are nearby, and the park is a nice landmark to have. My workspace is usually cluttered with books and notes, but I know where everything is. People stop by when they need something handled, and we just sit and chat about it. It is a very straightforward way of doing things, without any extra fuss or complication. We just keep at it.
