H.R.Events

H.R.Events is based right here in Ahmedabad, specifically in the 380014 pin code area. We have been working out of this city for a good bit of time now. Ahmedabad is a big place with a lot going on, so staying on top of event planning keeps us pretty busy from morning until late evening. Our daily life involves a lot of coordinating and making sure everything is where it should be. We don't have a fancy headquarters; it’s more of a functional space where we handle the logistics. The weather here in Ahmedabad can get quite intense, but the work doesn't stop. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the desk going over lists. Sometimes the office feels a bit small when we have a lot of equipment or supplies coming through, but we make it work. It’s just how it is when you are running a local event business. We don't really use big words or try to sound like something we aren't. We are just a local team in the 380014 zip code trying to do our jobs right. Most of the time, we are busy thinking about the next setup or checking on vendors around the city. It is a lot of hard work and not much rest, but that is what we chose. People in the neighborhood know us as the event folks. We just keep our heads down and work.
