Honest Trading Company

Honest Trading Company is based right in Kalupur, Ahmedabad. Our shop is number 1947, which is quite an old spot if you think about it. We are situated inside the Kalupur Gate, which is a very busy part of the city. If you are coming this way, we are just opposite Panachand Zaverdas. The streets here are narrow and usually filled with people and carts, so it can be a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We have been here for a long while, dealing with the daily trade and talking to our regular customers. It is not a quiet place at all. The 380001 area is full of life and history. Our shop is simple, nothing too modern, just a place where we do our business every day. We don't spend much time on fancy advertisements. Most people find us because they know the gate or they are already shopping in the Kalupur market. It’s a very traditional way of working, and we like it that way. We just open up in the morning, set things out, and wait for the day to start. It gets hot in the summer, but the thick walls of these old buildings help a bit. We are just local traders doing our best in a very old and crowded part of Ahmedabad. There is nothing corporate about us; we just focus on the people who walk into the shop.
