Honest Restaurant

Honest Restaurant is located in Samarpan Arcade, right on the Sardar Patel Ring Road in Bopal. We have shops 1 through 6, so we take up a good bit of space on the ground floor. It’s a very busy area these days with all the new buildings and people moving in. We see a lot of different faces every day. The restaurant isn't anything too fancy. We have simple tables and chairs, and the kitchen is always making noise in the back. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the doors and start cooking. Some evenings the place is completely full and people have to wait outside. We try to move as fast as we can, but sometimes the kitchen gets backed up. Our staff is mostly local people who have been with us for a while. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and wiping down the counters because the dust from the Ring Road never stops. It’s a constant battle. We serve the kind of food that people around here like to eat on their day off. We don't have any hidden secrets or special missions. We just want to keep the place running and make sure the food is decent. It’s a lot of hard work and long nights, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Bopal. It’s just our daily life at the arcade.
