We are over at Office No. 120/929 in the Gujarat Housing Board area. This is Kalapi Nagar, specifically the Asarwa part of town. It is a residential area mostly, so we see a lot of families and local students coming in. The office is tucked away in the housing board building, so it can be a bit quiet on some mornings. We deal with computers and all the tech problems people face at home. If someone’s laptop is acting up or they need some software installed, they bring it over. We have a few desks with monitors and parts lying around. It is not a shiny showroom, just a place where we sit and fix things. There is always a smell of electronic components and maybe some coffee. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything, people just find us through word of mouth. Sometimes we are busy with a difficult motherboard repair and other times we are just waiting for the next person to walk through the door. The Gujarat Housing Board buildings all look a bit similar, so we tell people to look for the number 120/929. We keep our hours pretty regular. It is a small setup, just a few of us who understand how these machines tick. We don't use big words, we just tell people what is wrong with their device and fix it. Usually, we can get things running again after a bit of poking around inside the case.
