Hi-Tech

Hi-Tech is tucked away at B/1 in the Shakriba Industrial Estate. We are right behind the Indo German Tool Room in Phase 4 of Vatva, which makes us a bit hard to find if you aren't looking closely. Our space is not very large, but we’ve crammed a lot of tools and equipment into it to make sure we can handle the work that comes our way. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a lot of materials delivered at once. Most of the people working here have been doing this for a long time, so we don't need a lot of instructions anymore. We just show up, start the machines, and get to it. The area behind the Tool Room is a bit quieter than the main road, which is nice, though the dust is still everywhere. We do a lot of precision work, so you’ll often see someone hunched over a bench with a magnifying glass or a gauge. We don't have a uniform or a fancy lobby; we just wear what is comfortable for a long day in the shop. It’s a very practical way of living. We have a small kettle for making tea, and that’s usually where we stand and talk for a few minutes before getting back to the metalwork. We just do our thing here in Vatva without trying to impress anyone with big words or polished stories.
