Finding us in Rajkot is pretty easy if you know Nana Mava Road. We are in Laxmi Society, specifically in flat number 33 A/2 on Street Number 6. It’s basically an apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace for our tech business. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at once, but we get by. We focus on technosoft work, which means a lot of hours sitting in front of monitors. We aren't a big firm with a HR department or a PR team. It’s just a handful of us who are good with computers. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves in our own city. Rajkot has a lot of small businesses like ours. We don't have fancy furniture or a coffee machine that makes lattes. We just have a kettle and some desks. People often get lost finding Street Number 6, so we usually have to give directions over the phone. We don't have any grand goals or flashy presentations. We just take on software tasks and try to finish them on time. Some days are slow and we just chat, while other days are quite stressful. It’s a regular job for us. We like the neighborhood because it’s close to some good food spots for lunch. We just do our work and try to keep things moving along without making a big fuss about it. We are just regular people in a regular office.
