You can find us at Plot No. 319 in Phase 2 of the G.I.D.C. in Vatva. It’s a massive industrial estate, and honestly, it’s easy to get lost if you don't know the plot numbers. Halewood Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is just one of many buildings here, but we’ve been at this spot for a good while. The environment is very much about manufacturing and technical work. We have labs and production areas that require a lot of attention to detail. It’s not the kind of place where you sit around and chat for hours. There’s always a batch being tested or a machine that needs a look. The air in Vatva can get a bit heavy with all the industry around, but inside we keep things controlled. Our desks are usually piled with clipboards and logs because everything has to be written down. It’s a practical way of working. Most of us wear lab coats or uniforms, so it feels very focused. We get our tea from the small stall down the road during breaks. The G.I.D.C. is a tough place to work sometimes because of the dust and the trucks, but we’ve got a good rhythm going at Plot 319. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just making sure the products are made correctly and the orders are shipped out to whoever needs them. It’s honest, steady work in a very busy part of town where everyone is just trying to get things done.
