Gusica Hastakala

You can find Gusica Hastakala on the second floor of the Swaminarayan Complex. We are right near the Jain Merchant Society in Paldi, which is a fairly well-known landmark for people around here. Being on the second floor means we have a bit of a climb every morning, but it’s a good spot once you’re up there. The office is pretty simple. We have our desks, some storage for the items we handle, and a lot of craft-related things lying around. It’s not the quietest place because of the stairs and people coming in and out of the complex, but we like the activity. We spend our days looking over pieces, checking for any issues, and packing things up. It’s a lot of manual work and paying attention to small details. Sometimes the light in the afternoon gets a bit bright through the windows, making it hard to see the screens, but we just pull the curtains. It’s a very practical workspace where we don’t worry about looking corporate. We’re more interested in getting the work done right. The team here is small and we all pitch in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s cleaning up or sorting through new arrivals. Paldi is a nice area and being in this complex for so long has made us feel part of the local community. It’s just us doing what we do best every day. There isn't any big secret to it; we just show up and put in the time.
