Guruve Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is based out of G703 in the Suvidhi Towers. We are right behind the Madhuram Complex at the Jivraj Park Cross Road in Ahmedabad. If you know that intersection, you know it can be a total mess during the day. There are rickshaws and bikes everywhere, and the noise of horns is pretty constant. But once you get up to the seventh floor, it’s surprisingly quiet. This is a One Person Company, so it’s a very focused operation. I have my main desk set up near the window, and there’s another table for when I have someone coming in to help with a specific project. It’s a small space, but it’s mine. I spend my days working through technical problems and managing the various parts of the business. Ahmedabad is a great city for this kind of thing because everything you need is usually just a short walk away. I often go down to the Madhuram Complex to get some snacks or just to stretch my legs. The office is filled with the usual stuff like computers, a printer that only works half the time, and a lot of notebooks. I don’t care much for having a fancy setup just for show. As long as the internet is fast and the tea is hot, the work gets done. It’s a simple way of living and working, right in the heart of the city. I’ve been doing this for a while now and it’s okay.
