Gurukrupa Academy

Gurukrupa Academy is situated at 322 Manoj Kunj in Maninagar. We are located behind Dhiraj Housing and Harikrupa, which is a fairly quiet residential pocket of the 380008 area. The building is an older residential style, which gives the academy a very different feel than if we were in a commercial mall. It’s a bit more peaceful here, which helps the students focus on their curriculum. We have been in this specific spot for a long time, and the rooms are filled with the stuff of a long-running business—stacks of old papers, well-worn benches, and a few cupboards for supplies. There isn’t a fancy lobby or a receptionist at the front desk. You just come in through the main door and you are pretty much in the learning area. The routine is very steady. We arrive in the morning to get things ready, and the bulk of the activity happens once schools are over for the day. We are part of the local fabric of Maninagar. We see the same neighbors every day and know the local shops well. It’s a very grounded way to run an academy. We don’t have any polished slogans or big advertisements. Most of our students come to us because their older siblings or neighbors came here years ago. It’s a simple, neighborhood place where we just focus on the daily task of teaching and helping kids get through their exams without making things overly complicated for them.
