Gujrat Corporation Agriculture

Gujrat Corporation Agriculture is situated on Plot No. 11 in Krishnanagar. We are right on Naroda Road, not far from the Somnath Mandir. Being near the temple means there is always some noise and activity around the street. We focus on agriculture related items and work with a lot of people from the outskirts of town. The shop is often filled with tools or bags of supplies that we move around. It gets quite dusty here because of the heavy traffic on Naroda Road. We spend our mornings talking to farmers and regular people looking for supplies for their land. It’s practical work that follows the seasons closely. When the planting season starts, we are very busy from morning to night. During the off months, we spend time fixing things up and organizing the shelves in the back. We have a small shed at the back for all the extra storage we need. It’s a family-run kind of feel even if it’s a corporation by name. We don’t wear uniforms or anything special. Just regular clothes that we don’t mind getting a bit dirty during the shift. Most of our knowledge comes from just doing this for many years. People come to us because they know we are usually here from early morning. We don't have any big speeches to give about our work. We just sell what people need for their crops. It’s a basic life but it keeps us very busy.
