You can find us at 42, Sharda Nagar, right on New Vikas Gruh Road in Paldi. It’s a residential area mostly, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We’ve been operating out of this location for quite some time now. The building is older, but it serves us well for what we do. We usually have the doors open during the day to let a bit of a breeze in. There’s a lot of coming and going, mostly neighbors or people who have known us for years. We handle different types of goods, and the inventory changes depending on the month. It's a family-oriented kind of setup here. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know where everything is kept. The shelves are packed pretty tight. Sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone is looking for, but we always get there in the end. We spend a lot of time on the phone or writing things down in ledgers. It's old-fashioned in some ways, but it works for us. We don't see the need to change things just for the sake of it. The street outside can get a bit crowded when people are coming home from work, but otherwise, it's a steady place to be. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks.
