We work out of a basement at Punyashree Apartment in Ambawadi. It’s Rh-8, right near Panjrapool in Ahmedabad. If you find Jahnvi Restaurant, we are just behind it, next to Kashiram Hall. Being in a basement means we don't get much sun during the day, but it keeps the equipment cool. We handle various entertainment and event tasks. The 380006 area is always crowded, so getting our vehicles in and out of the basement parking is always a bit of a struggle. We spend most of our time on the phone or out at different venues. It’s a lot of coordinating between decorators and performers. We aren't a big fancy agency. It’s just a small group of us trying to make sure the parties we work on go okay. Sometimes things get stressful when a performer is late or a speaker stops working. We don't have any polished brochures. Most people find us because they saw our name on a poster or someone told them about us at a wedding. We use a lot of tape and cable ties to keep things together. It’s a practical job that requires a lot of patience. Sometimes we stay in the office late into the night just to make sure the schedule for the next day is ready. It's not a perfect system, but it works for us and the people we serve. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
