You can find us at Shop 45 in Satyam Mall, right across from the Saman Complex and Mansi Tower in the Satellite area. Being in a mall means there’s always people walking by, which is nice. Our shop is where we sell and fix computer systems. It’s not the biggest shop in Satyam Mall, but we make good use of the space we have. We’ve got shelves full of parts and a couple of counters where we do our repairs. It can get a bit messy when we have three or four computers open at once, but we know where everything is. We’re usually here from morning until the mall closes. It’s mostly just us chatting with customers about what kind of system they need for their home or work. We don't try to sell people stuff they don't need. We just listen to what they're looking for and see what we have that fits. Satellite is a busy part of town, so we get a lot of locals dropping in. Sometimes they just have a quick question about a laptop or a printer. We don't mind. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and have gotten to know a lot of the other shop owners around here. It’s a good community. We just keep doing our thing, fixing what’s broken and putting together new systems.
