G.K.Choksi & Co. is a small chartered accountant firm based in Navrangpura. You can find us at T/2 Divya Surya Appartment, which is in Chaitanya Society. We are quite close to Stadium Road, so the location is handy for anyone in the central part of Ahmedabad. Our work is the usual mix of audits, taxes, and helping people understand their financial statements. We’ve been in this office for quite a while, and it feels like home now. The walls are lined with files and the desks are usually covered in papers. We don’t have any slick corporate branding. We just have our sign outside and our work inside. Most of our clients are people who have been coming to us for years. They know we’ll just tell them how it is. It gets a bit noisy near the stadium when there’s an event, but usually, it’s a good place to work. We spend our days digging through receipts and making sure everything matches up with the bank statements. It’s steady work and it keeps us on our toes. We don’t pretend to be anything we aren't. We are just a local CA firm trying to help people stay on the right side of the tax laws. It isn't always easy, but we take it one day at a time and try to get the filings done before the deadlines hit us.
