Gift

Gift is located at White Cross 15 in Patel Society. It's a bit of a quiet area compared to the main roads around here. We like it that way because it feels more personal. Being in Patel Society means we see a lot of the same neighbors every day. Our place isn't very large. It is just a simple space where we keep our items. We started this because we wanted something local for the people around us. The building, White Cross, is easy to spot once you get into the society area. We spend our time checking our inventory and making sure everything is where it should be on the shelves. Sometimes the cat from next door wanders in and we have to shoo it out so it doesn't break anything. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. It's just a regular door with our name on it. Most of our visitors are people who live nearby and just want to pick something up quickly for a friend. We keep a notebook on the desk to write down what we need to order for next week. It's all very old-fashioned in a way. We don't use a lot of fancy software to run the shop. We just do it ourselves. Sometimes the rain leaks a little near the front window when there's a big storm. We just put a towel down and keep going. That's what it's like running a small place like Gift. We are just part of the neighborhood here.
