Ghunghat Event

Ghunghat Event is based out of Vikram Apartment, specifically L 2, right near Shrayas Crossing in Ambavadi. If you know Ahmedabad, you know that crossing can get pretty jammed up with traffic during the rush hours. We spend a lot of our time here planning out how to handle different events people ask us to help with. It is mostly weddings and family stuff that keeps us going. The apartment space is where we keep our notebooks and some of the smaller decorations we use. We aren't a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to get things organized. Sometimes we are out late at sites and other times we are just sitting here drinking chai and talking about what needs to be done next. Being in Ambavadi is nice because everything is close by, though finding parking near the building is always a headache for anyone visiting. We have been doing this for a while now. We know most of the vendors around the city, which helps when things go wrong at the last minute. It's not always easy work, and sometimes things get stressful when schedules overlap. But we just take it one day at a time. The office is a bit small, cluttered with fabric samples and invitation cards, but it works for us. We just focus on getting the details right for whoever comes through our door looking for help.
