Gayatri Traders/Shivam Sizing (Rakhial)

We are located in Shramjivi Vasahat, which is right across from Rajdeep Society. We are very close to National Highway No 8 in Rakhial, so you can hear the big trucks passing by all day and night. It is a loud area, but we are used to it by now. Our work involves sizing, which is a big part of the textile process around here. We have machines that run for long hours, and the whole building vibrates when they are at full speed. It is not the kind of place where you can wear nice clothes. We are always covered in something from the machines. The heat can get pretty intense, especially in the middle of summer when the highway tarmac is baking outside. We just keep the fans going and stay focused on the threads. Rakhial is full of places like ours, all squeezed together in these industrial pockets. We have been at this spot for a while, and we know the rhythms of the highway and the neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out and everything goes quiet for a bit, which is a strange feeling. But mostly, it is just the steady hum of the machines and the sound of the traffic outside. We do not have a lot of visitors, just people doing business in the trade. We just keep things moving as best as we can every day. It is a lot of noise and heat, but we stay busy.
