It’s a good location because people can find us easily even if they’re coming from a different part of the city. We deal with heart issues and general medical cases here. It’s a serious kind of place because heart health isn't something to joke about, but we try to keep the atmosphere calm. The complex can be a bit busy with all the different shops and the bank nearby, but once you step inside, it's more focused on the patients. We have been here long enough to see the neighborhood change around us. We aren't trying to be the biggest hospital in the world, just a reliable one for the people in New Vadaj. We see a lot of regular patients who come back for their checkups every few months. Our staff knows most of them by name.
