Galaxy Freight Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Building No-1001 in Sakar-V. You can find us right behind the old Natraj Cinema on Ashram Road. It’s a well-known area, so it’s easy for people to reach us. We spend most of our time dealing with freight and shipping. It’s a lot of coordination with trucks and warehouses to make sure goods move from one place to another. Our office is pretty functional. We have our computers and files, and not much else in terms of decor. Most of the day, we are checking on shipments and making sure the documentation is correct. Freight can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and timings, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big corporate entity with a huge staff. It’s just a few of us here making sure things don’t get stuck somewhere. Ashram Road is always buzzing with activity, which keeps things interesting. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get through the paperwork. We don't use any fancy systems, just honest work and keeping a close eye on the details. If a customer has a question about their cargo, they just call and talk to us. We tell them what we know without any extra fluff. It’s a practical business and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
