Fresh 'N' Fresh Bakers & Confectioners

If you walk over towards Vastrapur Lake, you’ll find us at G-3 in the Kundiline Complex. We are right opposite the fountain, which is a nice view to have when things get hectic. Fresh 'N' Fresh Bakers & Confectioners has been our daily life for a long time. The morning starts way before the sun is up, mostly because the ovens need time to get to the right heat. We aren’t a giant factory; it’s just us in this small space making sure the trays are full. The lake brings a lot of people out for walks, especially in the evenings, so we see a lot of families and students passing by. The shop isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of shelf space we have. Sometimes the flour gets on everything, and the floor needs sweeping every hour, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t use any corporate talk here. We just bake things and put them out for people to buy. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. Being in the Kundiline Complex means we have a lot of regular customers from the nearby apartments who stop in for their daily bread or a small treat. We know most of them by name now. It’s a friendly spot, a bit loud when the traffic picks up near the lake, but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else right now. We just focus on the baking and keeping the place clean for everyone who stops by.
