We are located at Satyam Corporate Square, over in Block B on the second floor. You can find us right behind the Rajpath Club in the Bodakdev area of Ahmedabad. It is a pretty lively neighborhood, and we have been based here for a while now. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where we keep our computers and a few desks. Most of us live around the city, so the commute can be a bit of a headache during rush hour, but we make it work. We aren't the type of company that puts out big advertisements or makes grand claims. We just come in every morning, start our systems, and get to work on whatever technology projects are on the schedule for that day. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just trying to fix one stubborn piece of code. We have a small corner where we keep a kettle for tea, and that is usually where we end up talking about things that aren't work-related. The team is small, so we all know each other well. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. People just wear what they want and focus on getting their tasks done. It is a simple setup, and that is how we like it. We don't have a lot of meetings, we mostly just talk across the room when something comes up. Float Technology is basically just a group of us trying to do a decent job every day.
