Our place, Flavours Restaurant And Banquet Hall, is located in the Shivalik Arcade right on 100 Feet Road. If you know where Anandnagar Cross Road is, we’re just a stone's throw away from there, right across from Auda Garden in Prahladnagar. It’s a pretty active part of town. We’ve got the restaurant area where people come in for a meal and then the banquet hall part for bigger gatherings. Running both at the same time can get a bit hectic, especially on weekends when everyone wants to celebrate something. The kitchen staff is always on their toes. It’s not always perfect, sometimes the wait is a bit longer when a big party is happening in the back, but we do what we can. We spend a lot of time making sure the tables are set and the floors are clean after a busy shift. It’s a lot of physical work, moving chairs around and setting up the hall for different events. People from the neighborhood stop in quite a bit since we’re near the garden. We don’t really do fancy ads or anything. Most folks just see our sign when they’re driving down 100 Feet Road or walking their dogs at Auda Garden. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even when it’s loud and crowded. We’re just regular people trying to provide a space for others to eat and get together. We like seeing people enjoy their time here, even if things get a little messy during the rush.
